These are the rules for text messages from Gulf Coast Christian Church (GC3). They are short on purpose.

The program

GC3 Text Updates is a text message program run by Gulf Coast Christian Church (GC3), Building 2, Annapolis Christian Academy, 3875 S Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411. Only the church sends these messages. Every message starts with "GC3:".

What we send

Plan a Visit follow-ups, event and service reminders, and church updates. We send them to people who signed up on our Text updates page or by ticking the text box on the Plan a visit form.

Signing up

You sign up by entering your mobile number and ticking the box that agrees to receive texts. The box starts unticked. After you sign up, we send you a confirmation text. Consent is not required to attend or give.

How often

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. The church does not charge you for these texts. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one text to confirm you are unsubscribed, and then you will not get more. You can also call (361) 480-0547 or email [email protected] and ask us to stop.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We use your number only to send the texts you signed up for. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
